Real Estate Sales and Management over 40 years; 25 years with Avalon Real Estate in Avalon, NJ.
Partner with Phyllis in Phyls Ice Cream on the Wildwood Boardwalk, through the 1980's.
Collateral Experience:
Former licensed instructor for NJ Real Estate: Salespersons and Brokers Licensing Course.
Served on Lower Townships and North Wildwood Zoning Boards.
Currently on the Committee reviewing the North Wildwood Master Plan.
2009 appointed MayorŐs Designee on the North Wildwood Planning Board.
Worked in food service and hospitality industries in the area.
