The municipalities of Wildwood, Wildwood Crest, West Wildwood and North Wildwood participate in a shared service agreement for construction permitting and inspections.

The Construction Office is located in Wildwood at 4004 Pacific Avenue as Wildwood is the host community and the Construction Office is a department within the City of Wildwood.

Each municipality has its own Zoning Official(s) and all questions on zoning and prior sign-offs for construction permits should be addressed to:
