Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Information
The City of North Wildwood continues to make improvements to our beaches, boardwalk, and streets. It has been a priority to ensure that our physically challenged residents and visitors are able to enjoy all the City offers.
Access To the beach:
Seventh, 10th, 15th, and 20th avenues
Access To the boardwalk:
16th, 17th, 18th, 19th, 20th, 24th and 26th avenues ramps to the boardwalk from the street

ADA Beach Chairs
North Wildwood Beach Patrol has 15 ADA surf chairs. Three are kept at Hereford Inlet Beach at Ocean Avenue, four are at Fifth Avenue beach, and eight are at Lifeguard Headquarters at 15th and the beach. They are available from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on a first-come basis. Call Phone: (609) 522-7500
ADA Access to Fishing Pier
There is an ADA access ramp to the fishing pier at the Fifth Avenue boat ramp.
ADA Access during Festivals and other Special Events
ADA port-a-johns will be positioned at several locations. Call 609-522-4646 for locations.
